Supertarra’s naming stickers are made from the best sticker material on the market, featuring a very strong adhesive. We have also conducted extensive tests and compared their durability against competitors’ stickers. The result is clear: our stickers last the longest!

the stickers can withstand washing in a washing machine at up to 90°C, tumble drying, and dishwashing. However, the optimal washing temperature is 60°C. Washing at 90°C may slightly reduce the sticker’s lifespan.

No, they are not permanent. Although we use the best possible material for labeling clothes, the stickers are not eternal. However, they stay in place for a very long time when attached to care labels—often for the entire lifespan of the garment. As long as you apply the sticker correctly, you can trust it will stay firmly attached for a long time!

For clothing, naming stickers should always be applied to the care labels. We do not recommend attaching them directly to the fabric, as the sticker may not stay in place.

For shoes, naming stickers are best applied to the care label or the heel area inside the shoe.

For belongings, name stickers should be applied to a smooth surface to ensure they stay securely in place.

Wherever you apply the sticker, make sure the surface is clean and press the sticker firmly onto it! Let the adhesive set for at least 12 hours before the first wash!

We manufacture all products only after receiving the order. Depending on the order volume, production takes 1-4 business days.

Products are delivered via Finnish Posti’s letter mail service. Posti estimates delivery to take about 4 days, but sometimes it may take longer.

Under normal circumstances, name tags should arrive approximately one week after ordering. During the busiest times, such as July and August, delivery times may be slightly longer.

All name tags are made according to the customer's order, so please double-check that the text, image, and color of the stickers are correct before placing your order. Defective products are covered by a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with consumer protection law. For all exchange and return matters, please contact our customer service by email at asiakaspalvelu@supertarra.fi. We cannot accept returns for products where the error occurred due to the customer's order.
